1. How will my painting be shipped to me?
Paintings typically get shipped out once a week via UPS Ground. Shipping charges are reflected in the online checkout, but if you'd like to stop by my studio, you are welcome to pick up the painting yourself and shipping charges will be refunded. Once the painting is shipped, you will receive a tracking notification.
2. Do you offer commissions / custom paintings?
In order to focus on my series work, I am not taking commissions at this time. I do plan to offer commissions in the future!
3. How do I find out about available work?
I post most all of my new work on Instagram, so follow along with me there @_annavaughn_ . In addition to social media, I send out an e-newsletter when I release a new series or when I have a big event or special announcement — you can subscribe at the bottom of this website so that you can be the first to know! You can also check in with the wonderful galleries and retailers that carry my artwork. You can find the list of those HERE.
4. What is your return policy?
Unless the work arrives to you damaged, all sales are final. You are welcome to email email@example.com with any questions or concerns.
5. I'm a blogger / affiliated with a publication, can we feature your work?
Absolutely. Just email firstname.lastname@example.org to request permission prior to printing or publishing any photography that includes my work.
